Kiwi-isms

In addition to "let's get you sorted", I also hear frequently:

-"Good on you!"  (Or, "good on them!").  Pronounced more like "good'on ya!" and seems to mean "well done" or "that's cool (about something you did)"

-"That's flash", or "We're not so flash around here", or "well isn't that flash?".  Seems to refer to being new, modern, cool.

Accent:
better sounds like "bitta"
now sounds like "nah"
